Policy–Company Relationship Matrix

Rule-based matching creates research candidates from internal policy work items and curated company profiles. A candidate cannot enter the approved matrix until an analyst approves it and at least one company evidence record is approved.

Candidate ≠ beneficiary. Matching identifies where research attention may be warranted. It does not prove contract eligibility, order flow, revenue impact, price movement, or an investment outcome.
